After a bad experience at another hotel, we booked rooms here. Immediately the front desk folks were absolutely AMAZING. SO kind and helpful. They got us checked in very quickly. They didn't even blink an eye about the dog with us. Our room was fantastic. The bathroom was a little small-cant close the door without stepping beside the toilet. The toile was very slow to flush- hold the handle down for a good 5-10 seconds. The whole place was very clean. I did notice cleaning staff came in the room while we were gone which im not used to, so definitely put that do not disturb sign on the door. We only had 2 hiccups during our stay and staff was VERY quick to fix these for us! The pool is great as well. Very clean. Good free breakfast too. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to town!

Close to event center. Well maintained. courteous personnel. Close to airport.

We loved the room, our bed was very very firm but other than that it was perfect. Having all the dining options was super great too.

Room was nice and clean. Didn't care for the bathroom separation. Breakfast was good. Didn't care for the parking setup or extra charge. Location was just ok. We thought there would be more walkable things to do closer. Overall a good stay.

I was on Concierge level - a first for me. The room was amazing! Concierge level had a separate lounge Mon thru Friday for Continental breakfast. On Saturday I had to go to main restaurant for breakfast where it was very understaffed, they ran out of many main items early, they didn’t speak English (cook said 5 minutes for everything and I waited 30 minutes and didn’t get my item; server didn’t understand Earl Gray Tea), and the selections were much less than what was available at concierge even though this was supposed to be buffet. Was extremely surprised at lower quality of paper goods in room. Toilet paper was rough, Kleenex was cheap and stiff.
